Join us for Mindfulness Training: Stabilizing the Mind. It is a four-week program offering highly effective tools to help you manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being.
Learn to stabilize your mind and increase your resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
Inspired by Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, which was based on a model in Jon Kabat-Zinn’s book, “Full Catastrophe Living.”

This activity has been designed to meet MN Board of Nursing continuing education requirements for up to 9.0 hours of continuing education credit. Nurses are responsible for determining whether this activity meets the requirements for acceptable continuing education.
Stacy Besonen, MA, CEP has over 18 years of experience in health promotion and the healthcare field. She specializes in chronic conditions management, mindfulness training, wellness and exercise development, physical activity in the youth through the older adult.
