Changing old habits, especially the way we think, can be difficult.

Our brains are hard-wired to hold onto the negative. This is especially true when we are tired and fatigued. Negative experiences teach us what not to do; such as “don’t touch that hot stove again.”  But focusing on the negative can also rob us of the amazing wonder and potential of each moment.

What does it mean to approach life with a focus towards gratitude?

Below you’ll find a video that shares the power of gratitude. Approach today as the gift it can be… with the awe and wonder as if it was the first day of your life and the last day of your life. It’s a step towards being mindful of the possibilities we each have.
